We have an in-stock supply of most of the products you’ll find in this catalogue. All products are ‘naturally’ preserved and may have a somewhat limited shelf-life therefore some items must be ordered on an ‘as needed’ basis for freshness and quality purposes. Orders are always filled out as quickly as is possible; however, please allow a 3 to 4 week delivery period in these instances (as we have to await the arrival of freshly made products).
 
  * Please note that we are a retailer. We do not currently wholesale. There is a general maximum limit of 3 items per unit (product). We will however do our best to accomodate all orders. Some exceptions can be made depending upon the product. 
 
All prices are in Canadian currency.

Opal Rose Naturals accepts PayPal instant online credit transactions for ease of use and safety. A payment receipt and invoice will be inlcuded with your order. All information obtained is confidential and is used solely for payment purposes.

Returns

Refunds will only be given for products that have been damaged during shipping. Let us know if you would like replacement products, a credit or refund.

In the event of a damaged package, simply do not accept it and "Return to Sender" right away. Contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or fax and include a letter of explanation along with a photo(s) if possible, to assist  in dealing with shipping issues. Your assistance in these matters is greatly appreciated.

All other returns are at the customers expense, and responsibility.

We pack our items safely and securely so that your order arrives at its' destination in sound and optimal condition. Please recycle or re-use this packaging wherever possible.
